Shipping policy

All items are made to order.
Orders begin processing 12-24 hours after payment is received to allow for cancellation.
Printing of items begins within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Item is shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received.
Delivery of item should occur with 5-10 business days after payment is received.
Average delivery time is 2-3 days.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.  We can file a claim on your behalf with the carrier or you may utilize your tracking information to file a claim.

Shipping times increase in November and December.  Delivery times are not guaranteed.
