In order to keep costs low, we do not process returns or exchanges.
However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any issues with your order, please use the contact form, include your issue and order number and we will get back with you within 24 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and the item so that we may file a claim with the carrier.
If your package is not damage but the item is damaged, please send an image of the item.
